Recombinant adeno associated virus expressing hM3D(Gq) fused to mCherry under the ChAT promoter with WPRE and hGH polyA elements. The Flp dependent configuration enables expression only after recombination, providing precise chemogenetic control of targeted neurons. Eurofins Discoverx ProLink Cloning Vector Bundle, 4 vials, 10 µg. (93-0491)
The ProLink Cloning Vector Bundle is a bundle of four vectors for use in expressing a protein of interest fused to variations of the ProLink (PK) tag at the C-terminus. The PK tag is a version of ED used for EFC assays (in combination with EA). The ProLink 2 tag has a higher affinity for EA than ProLink 1, making it ideal for use with weaker protein:protein interactions. The ARMS (Arrestin Recruitment Modifying Sequence) PK tags contain GRK phosphorylation sites to improve ligand-dependent arrestin recruitment to GPCRs and improve assay performance. Provided as four vials, 1 vial each vector, of 10 μg vector in 20 μL liquid buffer.
